Last week I had the good fortune of interviewing Lon Naylor of Screencast Profits (interview is coming soon). The interview was rocking. Lon was providing some killer tips on video marketing and Camtasia then my dog decides to start barking. And barking. And barking. Although that’s one of the perils of working from home I didn’t want my dog’s barking on the interview so I silenced it (don’t worry my doggie is fine). I removed it from the audio track. In this video tip, I’ll show you how (it’s so easy).

I’m following up on my post from yesterday about how to build your list with eBay using resell rights products, the super cool video from Socrates Socratous in which he shows how he not only builds a huge list with eBay put makes some nice cash for his efforts.

As seen in that video, Socrates uses resell rights and PLR stuff to leverage the power and huge amount of traffic eBay gets to build his own big list. And where does he get all his resell stuff? Interesting stats on my social bookmarking expirement for my WordPress eBay-phpBay stores.  I used a free service to bookmark my site on 47 social bookmarking sites.  I liked the results enough that I’ve now purchased Social Bookmarking Demon (review soon).  I wouldn’t use SB Demon for this blog but for my eBay niche stores it looks perfect.

I haven’t been posting as much because I’ve been on the road a lot this past two weeks or so. I was in London, Chicago, and now Panama City. My travel schedule goes back to normal soon and I’ll be able to post more again plus get my 20/20 challenge going again!

Here is a quick video I shot from Panama. The first two are from my hotel room at the Sheraton Panama. The first video is at night and the other the next morning so you can see the Panama City skyline. The end of the video is walking down Balboa Avenue.

Working in corporate America I had to put up with a lot of lazy co-workers who wouldn’t pull their weight. Now that I’m working from home I have the same issue with my one co-worker and I have video evidence!

It’s a whole new meaning to “Bum Marketing”!

I’ve blogged about how great WordPress blogs can be for indexing fast on the search engines and how easy it is to setup a WordPress blog using Dream Host’s one-click install program.

But as they say a picture is worth a thousand words so I figure a moving picture is even better!

Here is a video showing you how to setup a WordPress blog on your site using Dream Host’s one click-install feature from your web control panel (Dream Host uses their own custom control panel compared to other hosts who use a third party control panel called Cpanel).

I realize that “Google Cash Detective Problems” isn’t a very competitive keyword search phrase but this video example shows how quickly you can be indexed on Google using a WordPress blog which is updated often.

All I did was write the post on something that was on my mind and I posted it. That’s all I did and it still ended up indexed by Google in 5 days and now I’m on the first page on Google for that phrase.

I found out about this when I checked my referral logs for IMNirvana and noticed a few clicks for the search phrase “Google Cash Detective Problems” and there I was #7, 8, and 9 on the first page.
