Editing Minisite with Free HTML Editor – Kompozer

Quick video demonstrating how simple it is to edit HTML files using a free HTML editor, Kompozer. You don’t need programs like Dreamweaver to edit minisites and templates. In my opinion Dreamweaver is overkill for Internet markters. We’re marketers not web designers. I own an older version of Dreamweaver and I still use my free HTML editor Kompozer to tweak and edit HTML files easily.

    Hi Semmy,

I honestly couldn’t tell the difference between Kompozer and NVU.

I recommend Kompozer because their appears to be continued development vs. NVU which they stopped updating in 2005. Kompozer fixed some of the bugs with NVU but for the end-user like me–who isn’t very technical the actual HTML/WYSIWYG editor is the same for both. So they’re both pretty easy to use. :-)
