Outsourcing Link Directory Submission Process
By Alan | June 3, 2008
An important part of your eBay niche store post-building activity is getting visitors to your stores. Getting back-links to your stores is imperative. A good tactic is to submit your store links to the thousands of directories out there.
Obviously this is labor and time intensive process so I decided to outsource it. I found someone on the Digital Point forums who will manually submit your sites to 1,300 directories for $22. If you have multiple sites you get a discount.
He had good feedback so I hired him and so far I’m happy with his work. As evidence with this video he’s been busy submitting five sites to the directories.

Any traffic results yet from the directory postings?

Hi Steve,
Yes, I’m impressed so far. It’s only been about a week and the process isn’t complete yet but here are some early results.
One of the sites under a brand new domain so no traffic. I registered the domain around May 15. Setup my ebay niche store around May 20th or so. Total traffic with out the directory submission was 67 uniques. Now for June I have 395 uniques coming in. I haven’t done any other promotion yet so I know the increase is because of the directory submissions. Well worth the $18 bucks.

Can you email me the username of your submitting outsourcer. I would like to purchase the same service for my sites. I will mention your name as recommending me. Thanks, Neal

Thanks. BTW, I’m also really enjoying your posts on Ebay Niche stores and Wordpress. Not sure if I will do it myself, but a very interesting and thorough read indeed.
