I recently launched my new product: Niche Stores Unleashed since
eBay has changed the way they pay affiliates I’ve received a few
emails asking my thoughts on this recent change.
In case you’re not aware as of 1st October, all eBay ePN affiliates
will be paid under the Quality Click Pricing (QCP) payout structure
for all eBay programs.
Previously ePN was using a CPA payment structure. Under the CPA
(Cost Per Action) payment structure we were paid based on the
action of the visitors we sent to eBay. If they bought
something…we received a commission from that action.
Quality Click Pricing rewards affiliates based on the value of the
traffic they send to eBay. We also now get a taste of the
incremental transactions and incremental high lifetime value users
that result from the traffic we send eBay.
Personally I don’t believe my earnings will be negatively impacted
because my underlying mantra of Niche Stores Unleashed has always
been quality.
By creating niche stores that offer value and quality
to our visitors we are ensuring the traffic being sent to eBay is
quality traffic therefore I’m concerened about these recent changes.
I’ve made it very clear on my report and training videos for Niche
Stores Unleashed. You need to setup eBay niche store fronts that
offer quality. Setting up a niche store with no content and just
links will not get you too far. Especially now with this new
payment structure. And that is why eBay has done this.
If you’re just going to setup a site that offers nothing more
than affiliate links to your visitors…they don’t want you.
Harsh but that’s the facts of the affiliate marketing business (not
just eBay).
Goolge, eBay, and other major players are trying to squeeze out
affiliates that don’t add value to the end user.
It makes no different if you’re setting up thin sites under the
guise of a review site, an AdSense site without valuable content
or an eBay niche store front with nothing but links to auctions.
Luckily it’s not too hard to build quality niche stores as I detailed

So in case you were wondering the driving principles of Niche
Stores Unleashed are even more relevant now with these changes from
eBay.
I will need to update one tiny section that covers how we’re
paid–since that has now changed. But everything in the report
and the training videos is solid and still RELEVANT.
It’s actually even more important now! So I have don’t have to
