The above video has been marked "Private" which means you can't access it on Viddler. You can see for yourself here:

But, as you noticed above--I can still play this video on this page with the embed code Viddler provided after making some changes to it. :-)
If you use the embed code for a private video as-is the video will not play as you can in the example below:
